THÉO BONIN
Founder · Director · Executive Producer · International Fixer
Born in Paris and based in Lima for more than a decade, Théo Bonin is a director, camera operator, executive producer and international fixer. Holding a master’s degree in Philology from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, he shifted his career toward audiovisual production in South America, working across Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador for international media outlets, production companies and broadcasters.
Through Otro Mundo, he supports documentary, journalistic and institutional projects with a strong focus on fieldwork, production logistics and the social, political and environmental stories of the region.
ANDREA FLORES ZUMELZU
Co-founder · Documentary Producer · Participatory Filmmaker
Andrea Flores Zumelzu was born and lives in Lima. A sociologist trained at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, she has worked for more than ten years on participatory documentary processes, collaborative creation and territory-based storytelling.
Her experience spans documentary film, stop motion, theatre and the production of collective creative processes. In 2016, she co-founded Otro Mundo Audiovisual to tell the stories of people who make History. She is currently co-directing, with Théo Bonin, the documentary Yachor Pats, about Yanesha leader Teresita Antazú.
GABRIELLA HUANAY FIGUEROA
Researcher · Anthropologist · Audiovisual Filmmaker
Gabriella Huanay Figueroa is a researcher, anthropologist, popular educator and audiovisual filmmaker. Her work brings together field research, collective processes, the arts, critical cartography and participatory methodologies.
She has developed projects with cultural institutions, social organizations and communities across different regions of Peru, addressing issues related to territory, migration, Indigenous peoples, memory, gender and social transformation. Within Otro Mundo, she contributes to research, writing, production and the support of audiovisual projects through an intercultural approach.
ROMAIN MIGUS
Journalist · Writer · Researcher · Political Analyst
Romain Migus is a writer, journalist and researcher specializing in Latin America, revolutionary processes and media warfare. He is the author of several publications, including La Telaraña imperial, El programa de la MUD and El imperio contraataca.
Founder of Les 2 Rives and co-founder of the Peruvian media outlet La Línea, he develops ongoing work in analysis, opinion and current affairs focused on Latin America. His experience brings to Otro Mundo a political, historical and media perspective on territories, conflicts and contemporary narratives.
DANIEL HUANAY FIGUEROA

Daniel Huanay Figueroa is an audiovisual director specializing in image, editing, 2D animation and motion graphics. His work spans pre-production, shooting and post-production, with experience in camera operation, cinematography, lighting, color grading and editing content for digital media.
Within Otro Mundo, he brings a strong visual and graphic approach to the development of audiovisual pieces, animations, visual identities, social media content and communication materials. His profile combines aesthetic sensitivity, technical expertise and the ability to creatively respond to the visual needs of each project.
